Position Vacant: Principal
Bible College SA is an interdenominational provider of tertiary level evangelical Christian education and is South Australia’s only affiliated college of the Australian University of Theology.
The College is seeking to appoint its twelfth Principal to lead it in its purpose of preparing the next generations of gospel workers for Adelaide, South Australia, and beyond through integrated formation in Bible, Christian theology, and ministry at the highest standards.
The Principal will be the chief executive and visionary leader of the College, responsible for –
- Providing strategic direction and leadership in partnership with the Board.
- Leading the faculty and staff in pursuit of the College’s mission and values.
- Overseeing academic excellence, faith formation, and community health.
- Strengthening the College’s Christian identity and interdenominational mission.
- Championing the College and fostering relationships with churches, ministry partners, and supporters.
The successful candidate will have –
- A deep, personal commitment to Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour, and a clear alignment with the College’s Statement of Faith.
- A proven track record of leadership in theological education, ministry, or church contexts.
- Strong pastoral, academic, and strategic leadership skills.
- The ability to winsomely engage current and potential students, staff, alumni, and stakeholders.
- A heart for biblical ministry, mission, and for equipping Christian leaders.
